Purchases, reservations, events, and memberships
Membership Payments
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once access or benefits have begun. Requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually by management.
Events & Reservations
Cancellation terms may vary by event. Unless a specific event states otherwise, prepaid event reservations canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start may be eligible for a house credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
Retail Products
Because cigars and other consumable products require controlled handling, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unused non-consumable merchandise may be considered for exchange within 14 days when accompanied by proof of purchase and returned in original condition.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. House credits have no cash value and must be used within the period stated when issued.
Requesting Review
Submit refund or billing questions through the Contact page with your name, purchase date, amount, and reason for review. Approval remains at the discretion of The Smokeasy management.
