Use of the website and house services
Age & Eligibility
The Smokeasy is an adults-only cigar lounge. Guests must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present valid government identification. Membership and entry remain subject to house approval.
Reservations
Website submissions are requests only. A reservation is confirmed after direct approval from The Smokeasy concierge. Seating, events, cigars, products, and special accommodations remain subject to availability.
Membership
Membership privileges are personal, non-transferable unless expressly stated, and may be suspended or revoked for violations of house standards, unsafe behavior, nonpayment, misuse of access codes, or conduct inconsistent with the private-lounge environment.
House Standards
Guests agree to follow age requirements, dress expectations, staff direction, privacy standards, and all applicable laws. The Smokeasy may refuse service or entry when necessary to protect the house experience.
